Soccer Game

Our soccer team had their first game on Thursday. We played American Heritage. The final score:

So come and support the soccer team on Tuesday. The game will be here at the school at 4:30 on the field in the back of the school.

4th Quarter

It's finally 4th quarter! That means that we only have two months of school left! So make sure to do a good job to finish the year off and remember to have a good rest of the year!!!!!

March Madness

This Friday we will be having a basketball game with the Students vs. the Teachers and this time it will actually be fair so come and enjoy the game. The coaches will be refferees so the ref's know what they're doing. So come and have a good time!!!!!!!!!

No School/Happy St. Patrick's Day

This Friday there will be no school because of Teacher Comp. Day. And there will also be no school on Monday the 17th so dont come to school or you will be here by your selves!!! And have a great St. Patrick's Day!!!!!

Pencil Machine

We now have a pencil machine so come to school with a quarter so you dont have to go to class without a pencil ever again!! The pencils are $.25 and they have cool designes it is located just outside of the art room.

Book Fair

The Book Fair is this week so come and have fun and buy some good books! We have books from Learn how to draw, Disney ® and we even have cool posters!!!!!

Upcoming Events

Parent Teacher Conferences: Parent Teacher Conferences will be on March 12th and March 13th.
End of 3rd Term: The end of 3rd term is March 21st! Make sure you turn in all late work before then!
March Madness: There will be a March Madness game, Students v. Teachers, on March 28th. Middle School students that want to participate can sign up on the signup sheets outside every middles school teacher’s classroom. Students must have good citizenship to participate. We will have assembly schedule that day.
Spirit Week: Spirit week will be March 31st -April 4th! The activities will be as follows:

• Monday: Crazy sock day! The lunchtime activity will be dodge ball.
• Tuesday: Hat Day! The lunchtime activity will be Balloon Toss.
• Wednesday: Pajama Day! The lunchtime activity will be Pie Eating Contest.
• Thursday: Twin Day! The lunchtime activity will be basketball.
• Friday: Dress Down Day!!!

Penny War: The penny war will be March 31st-April 4th. Each The penny war is a great fundraiser, so we encourage students in all grades to participate!

Sports

The 8th and 9th grade boys team took 4th place. First they lost to North Star, then they lost to American Prep. But now we have a soccer team so if you werent able to make it to tryouts on Friday the 29th then please contact the school and ask for Tina Rivera's number to find out how you can still be on the team.
